- Q1 What is the difference between a dispatched and full-time engineer in terms of employment relationship?
- For full-time engineers, an employment contract is concluded with the company at which they work. However, with dispatched engineers, the contract is concluded not with the client, but with CTC. Work conditions, salary payment, and the processing of social insurance are carried out by CTC. However, work instructions and management will be carried out by the client.

- Q2 How long is the interview?
- The interview is expected to take about 60 minutes.
(CTC will pay for transportation to the interview.)

- We will ask you about your career up to the present and introduce you to a project that matches your experience and wishes.

- Q5 After registration, what is the process up to the introduction of a job?
- On the day of the interview, we will ask you about your requests and conditions, and then introduce you to a project that is most suitable for you.
If we are unable to introduce a project on that same day, we will phone or email you regularly with other opportunities.

- Q6 Will transportation be paid?
- As a general rule we will pay for all expenses.
We will also pay for transportation when you come in for the interview.

- Q7 Can I subscribe to the social insurance plan? What are the requirements for subscribing?
- In regards to subscribing to social insurance in Japan, since the subscription terms change according to the period of the contract and work time, please ask for details.
Furthermore, CTC can also provide overseas workers' accident compensation and industrial injury insurance.

- Q8 Can I get a medical examination?
- A free medical examination is conducted once a year during the work period for people who meet specified criteria. For those working overseas, a medical examination will be carried out before you are posted overseas.
