Q1 What is the difference between a dispatched and full-time engineer?
During the time the dispatched engineer is working, a contract supplying temporary labor is concluded between your company and CTC. The employment contract with the dispatched engineer is concluded with CTC from where the individual is dispatched. Therefore, specification of employment terms, salary payment, and processing of social insurance for the dispatched engineer will be administered by CTC through its employment of the individual.

Q2 What will happen if the contract must be cancelled due to on-site circumstances during the dispatch period?
In accordance with the Worker Dispatch Law in Japan (“Law for securing the proper operation of worker dispatching undertakings and improved working conditions for dispatched workers”), the client is responsible for paying the dismissal notice payment in case 30-days notice is not given, and is responsible for paying leave allowance in the case of a shut down.

Q3 What is an introduction dispatch?
An introduction dispatch is a system in which an engineer hired with the precondition of becoming a full-time employee or contract employee can be promoted to full-time employee or contract employee after working at the company, assuming both the company and engineer agree. In contrast with the standard dispatch, a mismatch in employment can be prevented through the evaluation of the individual during the dispatch work period.

Q4 Is it possible to extend the dispatch period for an introduction dispatch?
The dispatch period for the introduction dispatch is set to a maximum of six months. If the dispatched engineer agrees, the dispatch period may be extended up to this limit.

Q5 What are the advantages of a human resource dispatch?
The greatest advantage of a human resource dispatch is that the required personnel can be hired at the required time for the required period. Also, recruitment-related work and expense are eliminated.

Q7 Is it possible to ask the engineers to work overtime or to work during holidays?
The staff member will work overtime when necessary.

Q8 Can we expect the dispatched engineers to comply with our work regulations?
The dispatched engineers must follow the work regulations of CTC with whom their employment contract has been concluded, but prior explanations are given to the engineers in regards to the in-house rules that must be followed at the dispatch destination. If necessary, we ask that the personnel supervising the dispatched engineers also explain the in-house rules to the individual.

Q9 Is it possible to change service content in the middle of the project?
In the case that extensive changes must be made to the service content, you must receive the agreement of the dispatched engineer and conclude a new contract with CTC.

Q10 When renewing the dispatch contract, can we tell the engineer directly?
We ask that you first contact CTC, and we will notify the engineer.

Q11 WWhich side should apply for the workers' compensation insurance for the dispatched engineer?
The workers' compensation insurance will be processed by CTC, as we manage the employment relationship with the dispatched engineer. The destination company is responsible for implementing measures to ensure the health and safety of the workplace, and to prevent any danger and health disorders of the workers.
