Job details

You will be responsible for the design work and construction maintenance at large-scale plants and large-scale factories in Japan, Near and Middle East and Southeast Asia. The client is a leading Japanese construction company. The main jobs involve big domestic and overseas projects.

Specifically speaking, the work revolves around design service, construction maintenance service and technical support service for various construction projects carried out overseas (Southeast Asia, Near and Middle East, Europe, etc.) and in Japan.

We receive many work requests from overseas, and currently 60% of our staff members are involved in overseas projects. Please make full use of the experience you have developed up to now in an overseas setting!

The work mainly involves instructing the Japanese and foreign staff in the design and construction work, and managing operations as the leader.

Skills and experience that generate a great number of results is a societal asset that should be passed on to the next generation. Our company also functions in passing on these assets on a global scale. We have a large number of engineers in their 40fs and 50fs working on the projects.

Qualification Requirements

Education	Over high school graduate
Age	Between 25 and 65 years old Engineers between their 40fs and 50fs are currently actively involved!
Condition	Individuals who have more than 5 years of experience in construction-related work.
Other	Individuals who match the following are also welcome to apply Individuals with construction management experience Individuals who have various relevant qualifications will receive priority treatment. Individuals with linguistic abilities (foreign language) will be introduced to overseas projects depending on their abilities.

Work Conditions

The following working conditions will vary depending on the project

Work Location	Various countries overseas (Southeast Asia, Near and Middle East, Asia, Europe, etc.) Various regions in Japan (Chiba, Tokyo, Kanagawa, Osaka, etc.)
Work Time	9:00am-6:00pm (8 working hours)
Allowance/Model	350,000-1 million yen per month Pay will vary according to your job within the project and the technical level.
Holidays	More than 4 days off in a 4 week period Basically, public holidays and year end/New Years are days off.
Benefits, etc.	Transportation fee, overtime pay, dormitory, daily allowance
