The employment structure for dispatched staff members differs from directly employed staff members, such as, full-time employees and part-time staff, in that it involves the contract between the three parties of the "dispatch destination company,” "engineers (dispatched staff),” and "dispatching company (CTC).”

During the period of work, an "employment contract” will be concluded between the engineer and our company. Our company will pay your wages and specify work conditions, and you can also receive security through our company in regards to social insurance, and benefits such as health examinations.

An interview will be conducted at our company (about 60 minutes).

In the case that your wishes are not met, we will ask the reason and use this as a reference to introduce you to the next company.
Once the dispatch destination company is determined, an employment contract will be concluded with our company before you start the job.
