Human resource dispatch structure
The employment structure for dispatched staff members differs from directly employed staff members, such as, full-time employees and part-time staff, in that it involves the contract between the three parties of the "dispatch destination company,” "engineers (dispatched staff),” and "dispatching company (CTC).”
During the period of work, an "employment contract” will be concluded between the engineer and our company. Our company will pay your wages and specify work conditions, and you can also receive security through our company in regards to social insurance, and benefits such as health examinations.
The process from registration to the start of work

We will ask you about your past experience. We will look at what your strong qualities are. Through this process, we will be able to introduce work that is appropriate for you.
Based on the interview, we will introduce you to a job that corresponds to your wishes, conditions and suitability.
In the case that your wishes are not met, we will ask the reason and use this as a reference to introduce you to the next company.
Once the dispatch destination company is determined, an employment contract will be concluded with our company before you start the job.
